Complaints Procedure

In the unlikely event that you should need to make a complaint against either Helix Structured Finance or one of our agents, please notify us of the details using the form below. We will pick up your issue as a matter of urgency and notify you as we progress with your complaint. Should you make a complaint and our investigation and outcome do not meet with your satisfaction, we will refer you to the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS) for an independent review.
